Android dominates the smartphone market in China with 81% of shipments in Q2. It surged past 100 million smartphone shipments globally leaving iOS in the dust with only 26 million.

One could say that the average Chinese person does not have as much disposable income as Amerifats but I suppose that just speaks to the elitist nature of Apple culture being unable accommodate lower income levels as the Android offerings can.
